Of course this dictionary is twenty-four years old. I'm from Pittsburh, PA originally but don't know if that is the most prominent pronunciation in that area or just what my science teachers used.Cathy Mnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4912713243046142041.post-34479099599933895552011-05-24T23:40:30.301-05:002011-05-24T23:40:30.301-05:00That's quite interesting. I guess "pipe-ett" is the North American pronunciation.Jimnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4912713243046142041.post-31836476906011801132011-05-24T22:27:59.479-05:002011-05-24T22:27:59.479-05:00?? that's the only way I've ever heard &qu...?? that's the only way I've ever heard "pipette" pronounced...Minnesotastanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01382888179579245181noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4912713243046142041.post-8965870444894295382011-05-24T19:23:11.440-05:002011-05-24T19:23:11.440-05:00This is cool ... and also linguistically interesti...This is cool ... and also linguistically interesting because I've never heard anyone pronounce "pipette" like that before ...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
