I live in ground floor apartment. Once my upstairs neighbor was a clarinet instructor. During covid 2020 I got to listen to a LOT of scales (and her voice as she taught the students). That'll drive ya nuts. But when she practiced-that was wonderful.
My upstairs neighbor finds comfort in having the TV on all the time. I hear her come in her front door and within seconds, the TV starts. Also, she is getting a little deaf so she plays it very loudly. There should be a designated circle of hell.
