Portland ME was incorporated on July 4, 1786 while the OR Portland was founded in 1845.However, if Hell MI was listed it would not be a mistake.
I wonder how many inaccuracies are shown in the latter map. Berlin, ND is mispositioned by nearly 100 miles.
