Sure will be surprised when this guy gets rabies/eaten because he runs out of hot dogs before he runs out of racoons
He's been doing it for 20+ years, I'm sure he'll be fine.
That just does not look safe to me.
That is super gross in addition to being unkind to the animals.
This will hurt the raccoons in the long/short run. They need to not associate humans with food.
