That's a great overview of my general frustration. I'm always torn between raising eyebrows on either side. I've found in my daily life I can solve a lot of this by referring to a "data set." Of course, then I get caught up in whether I should use "data set" or "dataset."
I love this subreddit, but am always bothered by the name. I get why 'dataarebeautiful' might be less appealing, though.
