At least it looks more like Dolly Parton than the Dolly Parton catfish from Nashville's 2003 "Catfish Out Of Water" art project. And, to be fair, Ms. Parton doesn't look much like Dolly Parton either without the hair and makeup. As she's supposedly said, "It's expensive to look this cheap."
