Hillary vs. Bernie - national poll update

As reported by RealClearPolitics.  The graph shows the trend of voter preferences over the past twelve months.  The data points used are the means of the most recent national polls (enumerated in the table at the top).

The website also has links for the Republican candidates and for individual states whose primaries are still pending, and for potential head-to-head match-ups, such as Clinton vs. Trump or Sanders vs. Trump.

  1. It is very obvious that the owner of this blog is a Bernie supporter. It is *your blog* and you can do with it what you want, and it is your right to do so.

However, please don't do politics here. We get enough of that stupidity from all parties in other sources. Please don't.

    1. It takes brass cojones to visit someone's personal, noncommercial, advertisement-free, nonsubscription blog and tell them - anonymously no less - what they should or shouldn't do in terms of content in order to be in line with your personal views of appropriate content.

Politics IS important. It is often repugnant in content and presentation, nonscientific and arbitrary, and repellant in its execution. But at the end of the process, the outcome affects the lives of everyone. Everyone. Even the non-U.S. readers of this blog.

There is an abundance - an overwhelming plethora - of "other sources" that you can visit that will fail to challenge your personal worldview. Please go there for your entertainment. TYWKIWDBI will continue to disappoint you for the foreseeable future.

    2. Never stop expressing yourself. This is America. As an American I expect you to have, and express, an opinion. If I don't like it - as an American - I will argue with you or leave. ;)

  2. We have Freedom of Speech, at least for now. I support Bernie Sanders!

  4. I've been noting more "Anonymous" posters lately. I'm always a bit leery of what they have to say, if they're unwilling to identify themselves.

  5. I'm not a Bernie Supporter, but I certainly take no offense at your political posts. In fact, I find your posts in that regard relatively tame compared to what I see from friends and acquaintances on Facebook.

Keep on posting what you find interesting. And I will keep on enjoying :)

    Thanks again.

    1. Tx, Mike. I am actually sensitive to others' sense of "burnout" on politics, but I just feel I can't sit idly by and watch the world burn, so to speak.

I do try to keep it to a minimum. There is so much that makes me want to put a pillow over my head and scream...
