A product for avid bicyclists

These neon green stickers can be purchased from the manufacturer; they present an extended disclaimer at their website, including this cautionary note:
If you choose to participate, please be safe and aware of your actions - you may be confronted with aggression or legal implications from drivers. Please take caution and use your judgement.

  1. Reminds me of a tame version of the Russian "Stop the Douchebag" movement where activists aggressively confront drivers committing safety violations and other infractions.

  2. I'm not sure I'd use them for fear of reprisals but I am so tempted!

Mind you, we also need some for town planners saying things like: "a sandy bridleway is not a bike path" and "when the bike lane stops, am I supposed to get my helicopter out?"

  3. How delightfully passive-aggressive. I don't see the actual effects of these things in any way resembling their intended purpose.

  4. I don't know if it would work, just like these might not, but another idea is get stickers to put on bicyclists who insist on having the road shared with them but ignore all traffic laws. Just the minor stuff, like lanes, stop signs and streetlights.

The more I think about it, stickers wouldn't work. Maybe water baloons?

    1. Ooohhh, it's only bikers ignoring the *all* the traffic laws. Because drivers never speed, always make a full stop at stop signs and before turns on red, always blink before turning and always yield to pedestrians.

Stop making this an us v them thing. Just start behaving like an adult.

  5. Dutch version. I mounted a friggin' crate on my bike because it's super handy for my groceries and I don't care a bit if I'm occupying two dearly-wanted rack spaces. I swear, one of these days...

  6. Off course, these are to be applied on the front shield of the car.
