  2. Oh to be a proportionally strong at 46 as I was at 9, I'd be Spiderman (minus the webs and silly costume).

  3. I've always heard that kids training should be focused on coordination and play, while training physical strength should be a focus well after puberty, so as to not negatively affect growth.
