I remember really wanting a Francine doll when I was five. I had to pick fifty pounds of cotton for it. I was so cold and my hands were so turn up by the time I made my goal I didn't even want the stupid doll anymore. Yeah, maybe my daughters are spoiled, but their childhood was beautiful. They are in their 20's now, plenty of time for troubles and toil when you grow up.
