Sunbathers shelter themselves from the wind


Photographed on the shores of the North Sea in 1977.  I keep expecting one of them to fall victim to a giant ant lion.

  2. Hahaha...we have ant lion holes in our barn. My children like to drop ants in them and watch what happens. They have a long-standing grudge against fire ants.

  4. In Holland we accuse the Germans to dig these holes, they started to dig them at the WWII front lines and never stopped ...
