Two minutes in duration, from Westray to Papa Westray (in the Orkneys).  The entire flight is documented in this 2-minute video.

  1. The video also shows off the bending propeller illusion nicely. And some very pretty scenery.

  2. It was also the answer to a question on Qi (at about the 11:30 mark) that you linked to recently:

  3. Only problem with this flight is that while it only takes 2 minutes from take-off to landing, because of technical problems, you have to wait in the plane after boarding for an hour before take-off, and after landing it takes two hours before a gate opens up and you can deplane.

  4. I read somewhere too that the flight time varies between 45 seconds and several minutes depending on wind direction and speed. The 45 second variant would be interesting.
