Addendum: Muzzman found a report from 2009 in which this video was confirmed not to be associated with that school.
Definitely a spoof, but funny anyway. The voice has an English accent and the ringing sound at the beginning is American, not Australian.

It seems to have just gotten worse in many areas, ever since.
So sad no money is put into schools and yet they are then held so accountable for their "quality".
A few good troops can't hold something like education together on a pittance.
