I'll bite (since noone else has). This year marks the first in a long many of which we thought we would try again the traditional gift exchange. It sucks. The worst of humanity is out there: distracted and selfish and we've already decided that next year we are going back to sending out cards explaining that we gave x dollars to x charity.
