I'll bet this lady had an interesting x-ray

MIAMI -- A woman who wanted to work at a nightclub started searching for someone who could perform plastic surgery at a cheap price to give her a curvier body. Police say what she found was a woman posing as a doctor who filled her buttocks with cement, mineral oil and flat-tire sealant.

  1. I keep hoping that the Darwin Awards concept will take care of things like this. Hoo-boy.

  2. Eek! That's not nice at all. Worse is feeling you have to have weird buttocks to get a job.

Starting with sealing off the insertion points with superglue afterwards.

  4. superglue works as a liquid suture, it's not a bad emergency measure.

  6. The photo of the trans-woman who performed the "procedure" might suggest some pretty bad buttock enhancement might have been in her past too.

  7. NYT had an article describing this sort of cheap body enhancement as being provided by more than one person in New York City. So, although bizarre, this is not so very unusual. Even crazier than anorexia as a body improvement measure.
