Spirograph wheels

In my judgement, one of the best toys ever marketed.

  2. Wow
Had a set when I was 10 or so, I wasn't the most coordinated kid on the block and used to get frustrated, and i'd get poked with the green pins that came with it.
As Zhoen said i'd like to have one now.

  3. I still have my set, but I'm not selling it. Just checked eBay - lots of sets there, for about $20.

  4. Yep - agree with you. Love how you've displayed the cogs and wheels. It used to take me ages to pick which one to use....a great "toy".

  5. We were in Poland on a church trip with an African friend. A lady was selling small packs in a little stall in Gdansk and our African friend was absolutely amazed with the spirographs - it was a joy to see so we bought him a few packs to take back for the kids in his church in Africa :-)

  6. I loved Spirograph. I think it taught me patience. If you rushed, you messed up the art. It only really worked if you went nice and slow and careful. 'Gotta love that.

  7. I got my Spirograph in 1971 and still have all the parts (without the original pens of course). Still the best greeting cards on the block!!! R
