Update: The player has been "suspended indefinitely for her actions" by her school. The cynic in me suspects that since the game was the conference championship semifinals, the "indefinite" suspension will be until the start of next season's first game...
Holy crap! I referee college soccer matches and THAT referee and his assistants were sleeping on the job. Several of those events required red cards.

That Lambert woman they focus on isn't just unsporting, she's borderline psychotic.
ReplyDeleteWhen I played netball, at the start of each game you had to hold you hands up (nails facing you)so the ref would make sure you finger nails weren't longer than your finger tips so you couldn't scratch other players on purpose. I was 10.
