Lighted dress for wedding dance


The bride's wedding dress incorporated 300 LED lights which were hidden in the fabric of the dress, along with the requisite batteries. They could be activated by a remote control held by a friend. She turned them on at the 1:55 mark of this video of the wedding dance.

    I made a custom dress for my wife when we got married last year. 108 super-bright LEDs, controlled by microcontroller.

    We danced to Neon Lights by Kraftwerk.

    I regret not having any good video of it. She wore it again at Burning Man, and I filmed just a small clip of it (the first 4 seconds):
