The ladies are Japanese, I believe. The image is from either the Japanese F1 race or, as my memory serves me, a FIA motocycle race. The ladies hold umbrellas over the riders while the await the start of the warm up lap before the start of a race. Needless to say, they are oftem human billboards for the sponsors and dress in an attention grabbing way so that you can miss the sponsors.
They are called spray on, but they are not for real spray on, which would be like body painting or porn. Latex that is so tight it looks painted is just called spray on
