Wait a moment, the Dem doctor is saying something good, the cartoonist just forgot to include the other things the Dem Doctor wanted to include, like free plastic surgery, appendix and pancreas removal, an additional third arm, cheekbone adjustment, extra embedded pork fat and apacemaker (just in case).
Its not the democratic stimulus we conservatives reject, but all the pork rinds that come with it. Sigh...
