Shoes that inflate a "wearable chair'



I never would have thought of this on my own -- shoes with attached bellows, so that as one walks down the street, air is pumped into an inflatable cushion beneath ones butt...

When it gets big enough, one then sits on the "wearable chair," which promptly deflates, leaving one sprawled on the pavement. This is supposed to “transform the humdrum experiences produced by routine walking commutes into an amusing interactive performance.”

Note in the video above (should you choose to spend a minute and a half there) that when the victim walks down an urban street her contraption barely draws glances from passersby...
