Politically incorrect but very inventive and funny

The BBC presented a video report on trade talks, supplemented with sign language for the hearing impaired.

Someone took that video and redubbed it with spoken language that reinterprets the gestures of the signer.

This is roughly equivalent to the Take on Me rock video redubbed with words to match the action. That one is more clever than funny. The one above is flat-out funny.
