...but this one was egregiously bad, as a sharp-eyed blogger discovered when he carefully examined the top photo and noted a yellow triangle next to the slender girl's left shoulder. It matched the heavier girl's blouse, and a simple (literal) cut-and-paste revealed that the before and after images were two halves of one picture of two sisters.
