At this point anyone who doesn't believe in global warming is either completely ignorant of the data or willfully lying.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4912713243046142041.post-34898126603525332782013-05-18T17:58:51.673-05:002013-05-18T17:58:51.673-05:00We also emit a lot of greenhouse gas raising anima...We also emit a lot of greenhouse gas raising animals for their meat (18% of all greenhouse gas emissions directly, as much as 51% if you include indirect pollution [source]), we could scrap all that and stop raising animals for food (side effects: we would instantly solve a lot of water shortage problems and reverse many types of lifestyle diseases), but it would be awfully inconvenient to the average American, so that's not going to happen either.

Imho it's Easter Island all over again.sarahnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4912713243046142041.post-79521185855464808922013-05-08T18:31:59.893-05:002013-05-08T18:31:59.893-05:00what planet do you live on?what planet do you live on?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4912713243046142041.post-35973756131111224662013-05-08T18:29:59.832-05:002013-05-08T18:29:59.832-05:00Well we do emit a lot of green house gas what with...Well we do emit a lot of green house gas what with cars, planes, trucks, etc... We could scrap it all and install energy efficient, non-fossil-fuel burning, electric mass transit systems (similar to china's plan) but it would be awfully inconvenient for the oil, auto and highway industries.tomhttp://www.tom.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4912713243046142041.post-52468493475609044392013-05-08T09:42:51.262-05:002013-05-08T09:42:51.262-05:00Sorry. The past few decades have been the warmest on record. 2010 was the warmest year ever recorded. The second was 2005. Since 1980, if I recall, we've experienced the warmest 14 years in the past 133.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4912713243046142041.post-1799025399645948722013-05-07T19:01:34.390-05:002013-05-07T19:01:34.390-05:00And yet no warming for the last 16 years...And yet no warming for the last 16 years...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
